Is Visual Studio falling behind compared to Visual Studio Code?

We have heard this from a lot of people:
"Visual Studio is falling behind" or "Everything new is coming to Visual Studio Code".
One of the things announced at Build actually has a high impact on Visual Studio, and we met up with Mads Kristensen to unpack this.
