Planning, designing, and coding a Blazor site from scratch part 7

In this episode, we upgrade our project to .NET6 Preview 7.
We take a look at top-level statements, the new syntax for namespaces, and remove Startup.
We also make use of the HeadOutlet (changing things inside of the Head tag) to add some SEO to our site and use SupplyParameterFromQuery to get parameters from the query string.
